Our client is in the Shipping & Logistics industry and they are looking for an HR Manager responsible for all HR matters as a sole contributor. In this role, you will also get the chance to oversee HR operations of regional offices
Job Description
- Manage full spectrum of HR operations for Singapore office and oversee regional offices
- Partner with HQ to implement global HR strategies, workforce planning, and organisation development
- Engage in end-to-end recruitment, including organising campus recruitment drives to sustain a talent pipeline
- Manage Employer Branding by updating company website and social media posts
- Develop, enhance, localise, and implement HR policies and procedures
- Promote a positive work culture through employee engagement events
- Liaise and coordinate for training programs for staff
- Oversee office administration to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support in performance appraisal exercises
- Serve as HR advisory and attend to inquiries, disciplinary issues, grievances, and other employee relations matters
- Manage employee benefits through regular review of insurance and policies
- Any ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in HRM / Business Administration or equivalent
- 6 - 10 years of hands on experience in HR
- Network with local tertiaries and universities will be advantageous
- Regional experience with SEA labour laws will be preferred
- Strong communication style and able to take charge
- Fast learner, resourceful, and flexible to take new challenges and adapt to changes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
